Private Art Dealer Krisstel Martin set up Gallery Krisstel Martin in 2008, a primarily online gallery that organizes and hosts exhibitions in various art spaces around Singapore. Krisstel holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from RMIT and a Masters in Asian Art Histories.


With a focus on Arts Education, the gallery continues to hold several exhibitions, including one at The National Library of Singapore in 2009 aimed at bringing art to the masses. The gallery operates as a springboard for young artists to launch their careers, some of whom have gone on to achieve international recognition.


Krisstel lectures, consults and supervises students on dissertations and festival projects at various Universities and Colleges including the Singapore Institute of Management and Lasalle College of the Arts.

 

Gallery Krisstel Martin showcases Southeast Asian Art from Europe, Japan, Indonesia, India, Vietnam and Singapore. Gallery Krisstel Martin represents established names and also continually sources for Contemporary Art, presenting work by largely unseen artists.

The team at Gallery Krisstel Martin shares a passion for both Modern and Contemporary Art and acts as an intermediary between artworks and art appreciators.

We are keen to share our knowledge and welcome questions on the artists and artworks. We hope to increase awareness and involvement in the Arts in Singapore.
